IXPE foam is a material manufactured from PE resin granules, created by high-temperature foaming after electron beam treatment or electron irradiation, involving irradiating the product with a high-energy electron beam accelerator. It can be cross-linked, forming a more stable network structure. Compared to XPE foam (XLPE), it offers more thickness options, as low as 0.2mm, making it ideal for foam films, whether single-sided or double-sided.
