3M 897 Fiberglass Tape is designed with a strong initial adhesive and minimal tackiness. The combination of filament fibers and adhesive provides superior tensile strength and durability compared to conventional tapes. As a premium adhesive, it is ideal for bonding metal and steel, sealing heavy-duty containers, wrapping metal pipes, and securing large steel coils. Its synthetic rubber construction allows for easy adhesion to most fabrics, plastics, and metal surfaces, and is particularly:
